MRC owns a majority stake in Civic Center Media and has a minority investment in T-Street.

Civic Center Media (CCM) is an affiliation between United Talent Agency (UTA) and MRC Television to develop, produce and finance premium television series. The non-exclusive  arrangement allows Civic Center Media to work with artists represented by all agencies and allows UTA and MRC to work with all studios and agencies, respectively. The  collaboration has created a rich content slate with a variety of projects in development and current series which the Emmy nominated series “The Great” on Hulu and the Emmy nominated “The Outsider” on HBO, the upcoming series “Shrink Next Door” for Apple TV+ and “The Terminal List” with Amazon Studios.

T-Street is a fully capitalized, independently staffed studio formed in 2019 by acclaimed filmmaker Rian Johnson and producer Ram Bergman. The prolific duo have maintained a long and successful partnership making diverse films ranging from the independent classic “Brick” to the blockbuster “Star Wars: The Last Jedi.” MRC holds a substantial minority equity stake in T-Street and has a first look deal for film and television.
